Mental health is that integral part of our life which affects our complete life. If a person is physically strong but is mentally weak or in pain, he may have to face many problems in his life. In today’s world, there is chaos, be it job or business, stress has increased in every field. People do not pay attention to their food, sleep and regular work due to which they become victims of depression. If this is not controlled in time, it leads to anxiety phobia. Schizophrenia can also happen. All these troubles can be avoided if you change some habits and work a little on yourself because life is yours, family is yours, you are the real caption of your team. Keeping fit is not only important for you but also for your family and society as important as breathing. Here we have brought some necessary exercises for you. If you do them regularly then chances of you suffering from any mental stress or illness will be reduced.
Meditation:- Meditation is an effective remedy for all mental problems. If you wake up in the morning, find a quiet place at home and sit there with lotus flower, slowly close your eyes, ensure that there is no noise there and no one is there to interrupt you, then after closing your eyes slowly, concentrate on both your eyes, take deep breaths and concentrate all your attention on your breaths, feel that every deep breath is taking positive energy within you and every breath coming out is taking out the negativity within you, meditate again and again. It will happen but concentrate on your feelings, first for five minutes, then slowly increase the time. You will definitely feel a flow of spiritual, peaceful and positive energy increasing within you. Do this daily and make it a habit.
Exercise:- It is our need to do exercise. If you do exercise everyday, then flow of energy increases in you, all parts of body work effectively, laziness goes away, there is a change in the flow of body energy, muscles become stronger, efficiency increases. We feel energetic throughout the day. morning walk:- Those who are unable to exercise can get up every morning and go for a morning walk under the protection of a clean person. The body needs clean oxygen which is available only in the morning. Our lungs function more efficiently and the process of blood purification becomes faster due to which clean blood is circulated to every part of the body, the heart becomes more active and the risk of heart attack is reduced.
Balanced diet :- Balanced diet keeps our body running. Every part of the body needs different types of nutrition. Your health depends on what you eat. Whatever your weight, you need that much grams of protein daily. Pure blood in the body is made from chlorophyll and iron. Bones are strengthened by calcium. Eyes need little carotene, omega 3, 4, 5, 7. The body needs the most important vitamin B12. There are many such types which should be present in our daily diet. If you eat fast food or non-vegetarian food then stop it because it is harmful for your health in the future and consumption of milk based tea or coffee is more harmful for your life. We should know what we are eating and what destructive effect it can have on our body. Life is very beautiful, it is not right to ruin it by consuming anything.
overthinking:- Some people have this habit of overthinking. This habit of overthinking is just an illusion because the brain focuses on just one thing and thinks about it deeply. what happened, what happened, what will happen next, what should I do now; these are all negative keywords which repeatedly trigger the mind. If you start feeling like overthinking, immediately focus your attention far away or talk to someone, listen to a song or go for a walk somewhere, everything will be fine. Before going to sleep at night, read a good book or sleep after meditating on your best. You will always need to focus deeply on your goal. Keep it in front of you, nothing else should happen for you apart from your goal.
Avoid non-veg:- It is said that as your diet is, so will be your intelligence and so will be your thoughts. It is mentioned in our religious texts also. Nowadays, in any hospital, it is written that one should eat pure vegetarian food. Everyone knows what havoc Covid-19 had created in the entire world, no one was spared by it. If you do not know about the ill effects of non-veg then know that nowadays everyone eats boilers. Chickens are given chemically mixed food and to increase weight, injection of oxytoxin is given due to which hormonal growth of chickens happens. It happens quickly but it has higher risk of cancer due to which the people who eat it have higher chances of getting cancer. The same thing happens in mutton and other vegetables also.
