The main reason to eliminate diseases is simple. Our cells need oxygen and nutrients to function. Together, they support cell growth and energy. So, we need clean air, water, and food.
However, modern chemicals pose a challenge. Our cells require specific nutrients. These nutrients create energy. Yet, harmful elements sneak into our cells. They disrupt cell functions.
They are known as Vishtatva.
Accumulating toxic elements in the body causes diseases.
There are two types of these elements: those outside and inside the body.
Toxins from outside, like air pollution, enter the body and cause harm. The body needs only oxygen. Yet, it takes in over 8000 chemicals from sources like vehicle emissions, factories, and paint shops. The body can’t clear these out. They reach our cells, causing damage. This pollution makes city residents’ lungs turn black inside.
Research indicates that urban populations are susceptible to a significant amount of air pollution, with approximately 2 to 4 grams of particulate matter accumulating in the lungs annually. As a result, residents of large cities are experiencing a rise in respiratory diseases, including allergic reactions, asthma, and cancer.
Polluted water:-
Just a few days ago, Human observed that the water which we use for 15 to 20 days is polluted. The juices we are buying contain some pesticides. This means that the water we are buying and drinking is not safe. Now the question is, from where did these pesticides come in this water?
The pesticides that we put on the land for farming, when it rains for the first time, the chemical goes inside the ground and gets mixed in the water and the same is found in the bottle. This means that the water we drink is not safe.
Then will the water that comes from a 20 to 25 year old pipeline be pure? Chlorine potassium is added to water to make it purified. This kills the bacteria in water. Toxic elements and chemicals are entering our body everyday and reaching our minute microscopic cells and causing damage to the cells.
Polluted food:-
The first nourishment of the body begins with mother’s milk, but due to this pollution, toxic elements like oxytocin, endosialin, chlorophyll etc. are also found in the milk.
Now just think, if toxic elements are found in mother’s milk, then how much toxins can be found in what we call food – milk, fruits, vegetables, processed food.
The reason for this is that today no one wants to do natural farming, in which the crops that we used to grow earlier in 1 year or month, today we are growing them in just 3 months. The fruits and vegetables that were available in just one season earlier are available in 12 seasons today. The reason for this is the increasing population. Urbanization is making land less available for farming and due to increasing demand, more farming is being done in less land and fruits and vegetables are being brought to the market with the help of artificial colors, chemical fertilizers, urea, suphala phosphate, kits and disinfectants. When consumed, poisonous elements like copper sulphate, calcium chloride, calcium carbide, oxytocin, endosulfan etc. enter the cells of the body. From our birth till now, we are in a struggle for air, water and food for 24 hours. Through all these mediums, unnatural chemical poisonous elements enter the body and lead us towards illness/disease.
