In the past, people lived long lives, up to 100-120 years. They enjoyed clean environments, good food, and low-stress jobs. Today, things are different. We live in polluted areas, eat poorly, and are sedentary. As a result, our life expectancy has dropped to 50-60 years. If we don’t take action, it could get even lower. This decline might also lead to more birth defects and illnesses in babies.
